By booking a reservation at our business, you accept the following terms of use:
💳 01. Final Payment & Deposit
To secure a reservation through our online booking system, a 30% deposit (or full payment) is required at the time of booking via Viva Wallet. Any remaining balance must be paid directly to the driver upon reaching your destination, either in cash or by card.
⏰ 02. Advance Booking Cut-off
Online reservations must be made within the valid cut-off times:
- Within Attica: At least 4 hours prior to pickup time.
- Outside Attica & Tours: At least 24 hours prior to pickup time.
⏳ 03. Complimentary Waiting Time
We offer a free grace waiting period based on your pickup location:
- Airports & Ports: 60 minutes free waiting time.
- Hotels & Private Addresses: 15 minutes free waiting time.
💶 04. Additional Waiting Surcharges
Any additional waiting time requested beyond the complimentary period is charged as follows:
- Minivans (Up to 7 passengers): €30 per additional hour.
- Minibuses (11, 16 & 25-seaters): €40 per additional hour.
🧳 05. Vehicle Capacities & Luggage Policy
Vehicle capacity limits strictly apply as published. Please ensure your group's luggage fits within the selected vehicle limits:
- Minivan: Max 7 Passengers & 7 Medium Suitcases
- Minibus 11-seater: Max 11 Passengers & 11 Medium Suitcases
- Minibus 16-seater: Max 16 Passengers & 16 Medium Suitcases
- 2 Minibuses 25-seater: Max 25 Passengers & 30 Medium Suitcases (Ideal for groups with a lot of large luggage)

🌙 06. Night Service Surcharge
For transfer services performed between 23:00 and 07:00 AM (Europe/Athens time), an automatic night surcharge is applied based on vehicle category:
- Within Attica: +€30 for Minivans / +€50 for Minibuses
- Outside Attica: +€70 for Minivans / +€100 for Minibuses
