In case you wish to cancel your reservation, our cancellation policy will apply as follows:

If cancellation is made up to 7 days before the trip date, a full refund will be issued.

If cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the start date of the service, the customer is entitled to a 50% refund of the booking amount.

If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the service, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

Bad weatherFull Refund

In case of cancellation due to bad weather, the full amount will be refunded to the customer — no questions asked.
